We can't wait to see you in sunny Orlando, Florida, March 12-14, 2026! With easy access to all of the Disney parks, this convention is one you won't want to miss.
Complete the appropriate registration form(s) below to register to attend the convention and to make a presentation. All registered presenters must also be registered to attend the convention via the appropriate form below.

Earlybird Registration
Final Registration
Use this form to register current student members and current chapter advisors. After pre-registering, your chapter will be emailed an invoice that will be payable by card or check.
All fees are due Feb. 22, 2026. Refunds will not be given after this date.
Chapter Delegation RegistrationDeadline to Register to Present
This form must be completed by delegates intending to present.
All presenters must also be registered to attend via the Chapter Delegation or the Alumni registration form.
Presenters will be asked to enter their advisor's email address so the advisor receives a copy of the presentation proposal.
This form is not for chapter workshop leaders or Collaborative Research projects.
Member Presentation RegistrationEarlybird Registration

Use this form to register alumni members and alumni advisors. After pre-registering, you will be emailed an invoice that will be payable by card or check.
Alumni members wishing to present must also complete the Presentation Registration Form (limited availability).
All fees are due Feb. 22, 2026. Refunds will not be given after this date.
