Refund Policy
Alpha Chi’s policy for requesting a refund of membership dues appears on-screen during the registration process. Refund requests will be honored for up to two business days following your invitation's expiration date, minus a $3 processing fee. Once membership materials are processed and mailed for distribution, your payment is considered final. 

Privacy Policy
Alpha Chi respects your privacy and does not distribute member information to third parties.

Members may expect to receive periodic communications from Alpha Chi. If you wish to opt out of Alpha Chi communications by phone, email, or regular mail, log in to your member profile and indicate your preferences on the "Contact Preferences" tab. If you are unable to log in, please inform the National Office by sending a detailed email message to office@alphachihonor.org. Include your name, National ID number, phone number, and mailing address. If your member number is not available, include the college where you were inducted and the approximate year of your induction into Alpha Chi. If at any time you need clarification on what Alpha Chi does with your personal information, contact the national office at 800-477-4225 or office@alphachihonor.org.
