Each Alpha Chi chapter functions with a primary chapter advisor who acts as the liaison to the national office and as an advisor to the student members. The chapter advisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of local chapter life. Many chapters also elect assistant advisors who help the primary advisor with these duties.
Alpha Chi’s national office needs every chapter’s primary advisor to be set up to receive email notifications in the Alpha Chi Chapter Management System powered by GreekTrack. Assistant advisors and administrative support personnel who may need to receive chapter support and deadline information should be added as well. If you’re an advisor and aren’t receiving periodic email from Alpha Chi's national office, please send an “add me” request to office@alphachihonor.org. If you’re no longer working with Alpha Chi and wish to be removed, you may send that request to the same address.
We depend on and appreciate everything our chapter advisors do to make membership in Alpha Chi a possibility for deserving students on each campus. The Advisors section includes suggestions for chapter activities, national deadline information, descriptions of advisor awards, and printable forms and documents that are used throughout the academic year.
